Basic Life AD&D and Supplemental Benefits
Our life insurance benefits will remain with UNUM for 2026.

Frontier Waste Solutions will provide full-time employees with life and AD&D insurance in the amount of $25,000.
​
In addition to the Basic Life offered through UNUM you have an opportunity to purchase additional life insurance and AD&D for yourself, spouse and children. You must enroll in the coverage in order to cover your dependents.
​
Voluntary Life/AD&D rates are available in Paycor. Be sure to add or update your beneficiaries while in the portal.
Supplemental Benefits
If you determine you need more than the basic coverage, you may purchase additional coverage through New York Life for yourself and your eligible family members.
